Orlando
The City of Orlando is well known as the Theme Park Capital of the World. With Four Major Theme Parks and Two Water Parks at Walt Disney World, Two Major Theme Parks at Universal Studios, Sea World and Discovery Cove, Wet ‘n Wild and many other attractions, it is the Number One holiday destination.
In addition, the large number of golf courses of all types, together with top class outlet shopping malls and a vibrant nightlife at Downtown Disney and CityWalk Orlando, make it an attractive place to own a holiday home.
Orlando is home to the second largest university in Florida, the University of Central Florida.

Florida is known as the Sunshine State. It has beautiful beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts and the Inter-Coastal Waterway on the Atlantic Coast, which are ideal for fishing and sailing. The Everglades in the South of Florida are an oasis, with Alligators, Raccoons and other wildlife, which can be viewed from airboat rides. Florida is famous for its golfing, shopping malls and nightlife, as well as the theme parks of Orlando. "Florida" is a Spanish adjective, which means "flowery."
